CJC-1295 & GHRP-2 Blend (10mg)

$91.00$84.00

The CJC-1295 & GHRP-2 blend is a research compound containing two synthetic peptides that act on different receptor pathways to potentially enhance the release of growth hormone (GH). CJC-1295 is a growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) agonist that binds to GHRH receptors, while GHRP-2 is a ghrelin agonist that binds to ghrelin receptors. Research suggests that the synergistic action of these peptides may lead to a more significant GH release than either peptide could achieve alone.

Research and Clinical Studies

GH Secretion

Studies suggest that the combined action of CJC-1295 and GHRP-2 may result in a significant increase in GH secretion. While GHRP-2 alone was reported to cause a 47-fold increase in pulsatile GH secretion, and a GHRH-mimetic (like CJC-1295) caused a 20-fold increase, the combination of both was observed to induce a 54-fold increase. This supports the theory that the peptides act synergistically to enhance GH release.

Metabolism of Muscle and Fat

This blend is being investigated for its potential to affect metabolism. While growth hormone can have anti-obesity effects by promoting lipolysis and fat oxidation, GHRP-2, as a ghrelin analog, may have a counteracting effect by increasing appetite and food intake. Preliminary research suggests that GHRP-2 may induce mild weight gain. Because of this, the blend may have a higher potential for research into lean muscle gain rather than fat loss.

Insulin-like Growth Factor 1 (IGF-1)

The peptides in this blend may increase GH levels, which in turn can lead to the synthesis of Insulin-like Growth Factor 1 (IGF-1) in the liver. IGF-1 is a powerful anabolic hormone that is believed to mediate many of the growth-promoting actions of GH. Research on CJC-1295 suggests that it can lead to a 1.5- to 3-fold increase in plasma IGF-1 concentrations for up to 11 days. Elevated IGF-1 levels may remain for at least two weeks in test models, with a cumulative effect observed after multiple exposures.
