Sermorelin & Ipamorelin Blend (10mg)

$90.00$80.00

The Sermorelin & Ipamorelin Blend is a combination of two synthetic peptides that are being investigated for their potential to act synergistically to increase the production and release of growth hormone (GH). While Sermorelin acts on the growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) receptors, Ipamorelin appears to act via the ghrelin pathway. This difference in their mechanisms of action is hypothesized to provide a greater and more sustained growth hormone response when used together.

Research and Clinical Studies

There is currently no research data available on the combined use of Sermorelin and Ipamorelin. However, both peptides have been studied individually for their effects on growth hormone, body composition, and bone mineralization.

Growth Hormone & Lean Mass

Both peptides have been researched for their potential to elevate growth hormone (GH) and insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) levels. Studies on Sermorelin have suggested an increase in average GH levels by up to 107% and IGF-1 levels by up to 28% (7, 8). Ipamorelin has been associated with a more substantial increase in GH levels, exceeding 6000% compared to a placebo, suggesting a strong potential for raising GH (9).

In terms of body composition, Sermorelin has been suggested to increase lean body mass by about 2.78 lbs (1.26 kg) without affecting fat mass (8). Ipamorelin, however, has been linked to an increase in appetite and total body weight gain, which may include an increase in fat mass. This is thought to be related to its effect on ghrelin receptors (10).

Bone Mineralization

Research suggests that Ipamorelin may have a role in increasing bone mineral density. A study on mouse models reported a potential correlation between Ipamorelin exposure, weight gain, and an increase in bone mineral content in the tibia and vertebrae. The increase in bone mineral content may be due to an expansion in the bone's cross-sectional area (11).
