Tesamorelin & Ipamorelin Blend (8mg)

$98.00$90.00

Tesamorelin & Ipamorelin Blend is a combination of two synthetic peptides being researched for their potential to stimulate the growth hormone (GH) axis through different, complementary mechanisms. Tesamorelin is a GHRH analog, and Ipamorelin is a GHSR agonist, and their combined action is being investigated for its effects on body composition, metabolism, and cognitive function.

Research and Clinical Studies

Growth Hormone & Pituitary Gland

The blend's potential lies in the synergistic action of its components on the pituitary gland. Tesamorelin appears to activate growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) receptors, which may trigger the synthesis and secretion of endogenous GH (6, 7). Ipamorelin, by contrast, acts as a potent agonist for the growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHSR), which also leads to the release of GH (8). This dual mechanism is hypothesized to provide a robust and sustained increase in GH levels.

Lipodystrophy & Body Composition

Research on Tesamorelin has shown its potential to reduce visceral adipose tissue (VAT) in models with lipodystrophy, with studies suggesting it may improve insulin sensitivity and lipid profiles (10). Ipamorelin has also been researched for its potential to influence adipose tissue metabolism. The combination of the two is being investigated for a potentially enhanced effect on VAT reduction and metabolic parameters (10).

In one study, Tesamorelin exposure reportedly led to enhancements in muscle density and size, particularly in the rectus abdominis, psoas major, and paraspinal muscles (6). Ipamorelin has also been explored for its potential to increase muscle mass and bone density (12, 13).

Appetite & Digestion

Ipamorelin is believed to interact with ghrelin receptors in the GI tract, which may have implications for appetite and digestion. Research suggests that it could potentially lead to weight gain due to heightened food consumption and may accelerate gastric emptying (15, 16).
